As a courtesy, we provide appointment reminders for patients by E-mail and/or phone call.  Please be courteous and contact our office promptly, if you are unable to attend an appointment.  We require at least 24 hours notice so that your appointment time can be reallocated to another patient.

Barring any unusual circumstances, if a patient fails to contact us in the required time to reschedule or cancel an appointment, the practice reserves the right to charge a cancellation/no show fee of $35 for most visits and a $60 fee for appointments involving a lengthy procedure.  For two or more late cancellations or no shows, a fee of $60 may be assessed each time.  After-hour messages regarding cancellations may be left by calling 704-370-2700. Cancellations may also be E-mailed to info@hellohappyskin.com or messaged through the Patient Portal.  Repeated missed appointments and non-compliance may result in discharging you from the practice.
