SilkPeel™ & Chemical Peel
SilkPeel Dermalinfusion and Chemical Peels

SilkPeel™ Dermalinfusion™
SilkPeel™ Dermalinfusion™ is a skin-freshening technique that helps repair skin after damage from the sun and after the effects of aging. Specific therapies can be used to lighten, exfoliate, and even hydrate and nourish the skin.  Esthetics, Center for Dermatology, uses the innovative technology developed in California by eMed, Inc.  The SilkPeel™ infuses medical grade treatments targeted for a specific skin issue.  As with other skin rejuvenation techniques, this can be combined with other procedures to get the best results for your skin type.  More than one treatment with our Certified Esthetician may be needed to reduce or remove fine wrinkles and unwanted pigmentation.

Description: Removal of the superficial upper layers of the skin without causing wounding.  SilkPeel™ Dermalinfusion™ exfoliates and infuses skin-specific medications customized for each patient.  Medical grade diamonds gently exfoliate the outer layer of the skin; while infusing delivery of medications and dermaceuticals.

Chemical Peels
Are you noticing with each passing birthday that your skin seems a little more lackluster? Dull? Developing fine lines?  Do you wonder if there's something you can do to refresh your skin?

Those fine lines, age spots, and even dull skin can be sucessfully treated.  The simplest way to see results is to get rid of the outer layer of skin and expose the fresh new skin underneath.

Chemical peeling is a technique used to rejuvenate the appearance of the skin, typically on the hands, face or neck by exposing new skin.  Chemical peel solutions include glycolics, low-concentration TCA, retinoic acid or amino acid combinations.  Glycolic and salicylic acid are excellent tools used to treat mild scarring and certain types of acne as well as exfoliate and renew the skin.  Trichloracetic acid peels target more pronounced wrinkles and sun damage.  Lactic, glycolic, lipoic, kojic, salicylic, and other peels are all a natural means to exfoliate and renew the skin without friction.  As a result, the chemical peel can improve moisture retention, soften fine lines, unclog pores and generally promote clearer, healthier and more luminous skin.
