Dr. Fuller believes in giving back. She was nominated as one of the Thousand Points of Light for her medical work and volunteer service from Kentucky to Kenya. Dr. Fuller has worked alongside local dermatologists at hospitals in Vietnam and treated more than 100 children suffering from hand, foot and mouth disease in four hours. She has volunteered in Honduras to create and staff temporary medical clinics, and in Sri Lanka to aid tsunami victims. In Charlotte, she has volunteered at The Havens (a residential facility for parents and children living with HIV/AIDS), Charlotte Rescue Mission, and CMC Eastland for Indigent Care.
