2 Months Plan:

·Go for a healthy glow with SilkPeel® Dermalinfusion® to treat brown spots, uneven skin tone, dehydration, fine lines, and/or acne breakouts of the face, neck, chest, arms, hands and/or back.

·Avoid overexposure to the sun, which may cause uneven pigmentation and sunburns (avoid tanning beds).

·Experiment with self tanners and find out which method of application works best for you.

·If possible, receive once a week manicures and bi-weekly pedicures.

·If applicable, seek treatment for control of excessive sweating.

·Address unwanted hair of upper lip, under arms,

·Get a trial run of any professional waxing services you may need.

·Inquire about non-invasive treatments that can enhance your appearance (i.e. BOTOX®, fillers, chemical peels, and laser/light treatments).If you have received BOTOX® and/or fillers in the past, you should receive your final treatment at this time, prior to the wedding day.

·Consult with your dermatologist for any skin, hair and nail concerns/issues.

·Consult with and select a make-up professional.If you are doing your own make-up, be sure to have enough time to experiment with different products and various looks.

·Research and schedule teeth bleaching.

·Practice the following regimen:

  *drink plenty of H2O (avoid caffeinated and carbonated drinks)

  *follow a good skin care regimen which matches your skin type

  *always wear sunscreen daily

  *pamper hands and feet by extra moisturizing

  *exercise regularly

  *eat plenty of fruits and vegetable

  *limit grease and fast food intake

  *get plenty of rest (8 hours minimal)
