12 Months Plan:

·Consult with your dermatologist for any skin, hair and nail concerns/issues, which may include but not limited to the following:

  *recurrent breakouts on face and/or body

  *broken blood vessels

  *rashes

  *unwanted body hair

  *white or dark spots

  *non-invasive facial rejuvenation treatments

  *hair loss

  *dry and brittle nails

·If you are interested in losing a significant amount of weight, seek the advice from a nutritional counselor or a medical professional specializing in weight management.

·Inquire about non-invasive treatments that can enhance your appearance (i.e. BOTOX®, fillers, chemical peels, and laser/light treatments).

·Start practicing the following regimen:

  *drink plenty of H2O (avoid caffeinated and carbonated drinks)

  *follow a good skin care regimen which matches your skin type

  *always wear sunscreen daily

  *pamper hands and feet by extra moisturizing

  *exercise regularly

  *eat plenty of fruits and vegetable

  *limit grease and fast food intake

  *get plenty of rest (8 hours minimal)
